Water where it shouldn’t be is the one call that can’t wait. Our dispatcher answers around the clock, and the nearest tech heads out with a stocked van so most emergencies are fixed on the first visit.
What happens when you call
We talk you through shutting off the water while the tech drives over. On arrival they find the source, show you what failed and give you a fixed price before touching anything.
If the repair needs a part we don’t carry, we make the leak safe that day and come back with the part.

Before you book
Still unsure? Call the dispatch desk. A person picks up, day or night.
Do you charge more at night?
Yes. After 7pm and on Sundays the call-out is $149 instead of $89. You hear the price before we dispatch.
Should I turn off the main water?
If water is spreading, yes. The main shut-off is usually where the line enters the house, often in the basement or a front-yard box.
What neighbours said after the job
Every review comes from a customer copy we left on a kitchen table in Denver.
The quote on the website was within twenty dollars of the final bill. That never happens.
